He first earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) and practiced dentistry on weekends while pursuing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. This dual expertise allowed him to establish a multidisciplinary practice in Hamilton, AL, where he seamlessly integrated both fields.

In 2018, Dr. Boyett became board-certified in addiction medicine. Recognizing the growing need for specialized care in this area, he decided to stop practicing dentistry and dedicate his career to addressing behavioral and emotional disorders.

Sandra Boyett, BSN, CRNA, has dedicated her career to providing exceptional care in various medical settings. She began her journey as a Cardiac Intensive Care Nurse, where she honed her skills and expertise over 11 years. In 1994, Sandra advanced her career by attending Anesthesia School at the University of Alabama Birmingham, becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Sandra initially worked in hospital operating rooms for three years before transitioning to a role as a Trauma CRNA at The Med, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Memphis, TN. Her experience in this high-stakes environment further solidified her commitment to patient care and anesthesia.
In 1999, Sandra married Dr. Brent Boyett and relocated to the small town of Hamilton, AL. Together, they embarked on a multifaceted career in dentistry, medicine, and office-based anesthesia. Sandra’s primary focus remains on office-based anesthesia at Boyett Health Services and Integrated-Ketamine, where she continues to provide compassionate and expert care to her patients

In addition to her clinical work, Sandra is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), actively engaging in research to advance the field of anesthesia, medicine, and patient care. Her dedication to research ensures that she remains at the forefront of medical advancements, continually improving the quality of care she provides.

Donna Manns

Donna is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), EMT, Clinic Manager, and Certified Clinical Research Professional With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, Donna is a highly skilled and dedicated nurse with extensive expertise in patient care and management. She is demonstrating exceptional leadership and clinical experience. Donna has effectively managed a busy clinic environment and oversaw a team of physicians while driving excellence in patient care and clinical operations.

As Clinic Manager, Donna has successfully balanced administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a collaborative environment among staff and specialists. Their strategic oversight has been pivotal in streamlining clinic workflows, enhancing patient satisfaction, and optimizing resource utilization.

Donna is a CCRP Clinical Research Director, Donna has managed a prominent cardiology group and led the clinic development and execution of over 30 successful clinical research trials. Donna’s profound understanding of research methodologies facilitated the successful completion of the clinical trials. Donna can navigate complex research protocols, secure funding, and maintain rigorous standards of clinical integrity.

Zach Boyett

Zach Boyett has always been passionate about both medicine and soccer. Currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Alabama (UNA), Zach is seamlessly blending his interests in health and sports.

As the club president of the UNA soccer team, he demonstrates leadership and dedication on and off the field.
During his college breaks, Zach contributes his skills and knowledge to Boyett Health Services clinic, where he is a valuable team member.

His commitment to both his studies and his extracurricular activities highlights his drive to make a significant impact in the fields of sports medicine and healthcare.

Zach’s journey is a testament to his dedication and ambition, promising a bright future ahead.

Austin Boyett

Patient Care

Austin Paige Boyett is a dedicated healthcare professional who currently assists with patient care at Boyett Health Services during breaks from her studies at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM). With a strong foundation in osteopathic medicine, Austin leverages her knowledge and passion for patient well-being to support clinical operations and ensure high-quality care for all individuals seeking medical attention.

As a student at VCOM, Austin is focused on gaining hands-on experience in the healthcare field, sharpening her clinical skills, and deepening her understanding of holistic patient care. Her time at Boyett Health Services allows her to apply her academic training in real-world settings, all while working alongside a team of experienced professionals to help enhance patient outcomes.
